Research Question:What does the wage gap look like through an intersectional lens and what are some strategies to promote progressive social change?
Thesis Statement:The United States wage gap disproportionately disadvantages women and people of color and the best way to promote progressive social change is to make all salaries public and not base pay on salary history.
