Thesis Paper:
Action Project Description:My goal was to find a helpful way that new foster parents can use to assist them when having a new child in their home. So for my action project I created a website with different helpful keys to supporting a foster child as well as our own child. It can be really hard for the biological child because sometimes they can feel like they are being replaced. I hope that through this website that foster parents can get an understanding of what they will be doing. Along with that I put general information about how different mindfulness strategies or programs can help with the tension or the family life in general.
